Across DoD there is a shift towards implementing services in a SOA-enabled environment. This session answers the question "What are Enterprise Services?" The definition seems to be expanding to include common capability services such as Voice Over IP. Many are unsure about how DoD can achieve the brutal standardization necessary to provide core services. Discuss with the DoD CIO organization how they plan to get policy in place that enables the provisioning and use of enterprise services across the Department.
